Chris Dorman

Chris, Vice President, is a construction management veteran of nearly four decades. He oversees all logistics related to the construction of multifamily project types such as podiums, 4- and 5-story wraps, 3-story walk-ups, townhomes, single-family for rent, and build-to-rent. He’s involved in and oversees all phases, from preconstruction to construction and closeout of projects. He has participated in more than 6,300 family housing units for the private industry market, US Navy, US Air Force, and the Navajo Indians. His experience includes conventional construction, design-build, MILCON, privatization, private condominium projects, higher education dormitory, and the US Air Force’s DB+ programs.

Chris earned his B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University in 1984. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, their six children, and eight grandchildren. He is also a motorcycle enthusiast.
