When Mosaic Color & Additives—a leading manufacturer of colors and additives for composite lumber—needed more capacity at its Greenville production facility, the company turned to Moss and Associates for single-source design and construction services.
Moss and Associates added 20,000 square feet of warehouse space to Mosaic’s existing manufacturing plant on a schedule that allowed Mosaic to start using its new warehouse just three months after the project began. Mosaic’s new warehouse is served by two truck docks.
In addition to responsibility for design and construction of the pre-engineered metal building, Moss and Associates’ scope of work included demolition services and sitework, including a bio-retention pond.
