Show Management Warehouse

As construction manager, Moss built this 90,000 SF warehouse for Show Management, the owner and operator of the world famous Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. Designed by Lemartec, this building is a pre-engineered metal building with only a single row of columns obstructing the 300’ by 300’ floor plan.
The facility includes 7,100 square feet of office space and approximately 82,900 square feet of warehouse space. The east end of the building consists of 22 large overhead doors through which the employees of Show Management are constantly loading and unloading the supplies necessary to produce Boat Shows throughout the state of Florida.
