Hazmat/TRT/Special Operations Fire Station

As construction manager, Moss completed this 17 person Fire Rescue Station on-time and within budget. Housing two emergency response tractor-trailors for the Broward Sheriff’s office, this one-story Fire Rescue Station was constructed to provide expert assistance in the event of a building collapse, hazardous chemical leak or complex rescue situation. The building includes living/sleeping quarters, locker rooms, a gym, offices, conference space, equipment storage and repair areas, and a de-contamination room. The garage houses up to six fire rescue vehicles along with facilities for gasoline, diesel fuel, and propane.
