Marion County Continuing Contracts

This Continuing Works Contract with the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida was originally awarded in 2005 and was renewed as a result of our successful collaboration with the county. Projects constructed under the Contract include public parks, ball fields and recreation complexes, boating and outdoor activity centers at County lakes and waterways, agricultural research and exposition facilities, and additions to various County offices in Ocala, Florida and the surrounding communities.

Under this Contract Moss provides full preconstruction services, including consulting with the County and project architects during programming and schematic design phases, providing estimating and scheduling services during document development, and participating with the Architect and Owner to assure that the final designs satisfy both the program needs and budget requirements of the Marion County Government.
