As construction manager, Moss built this 50,000 square foot “Family Life and Recreation Center” as an addition to an existing congregation hall in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Located on the first floor are numerous classrooms and administrative offices for the church school. The second level features a large banquet hall capable of seating 650 guests, commercial kitchen, and a WiFi “Starbucks type” Cafe. Part of this Project includes remodeling of the existing 75 year old fellowship hall into a high-tech youth facility consisting of game rooms and social meeting areas. All work was completed on time and in budget while keeping the existing fellowship hall operational.
