As construction manager, Moss modernized the hotel’s 4.5 acre courtyard and amenities deck while keeping it fully operational. Work entailed renovating a 2 story Lanai Wing, enhancing the underground drainage and irrigation systems, adding new landscaping, and replacing existing walkways, assembly areas and pool decks. New cabanas were added along the pool deck perimeter and upgrades were made to the promenade, pool bar / grille and dining patio. All work was completed under a fast track schedule in just five months. The project represents one of seven projects that Moss completed for this owner at various South Florida locations during a three year period.
