In planning and building this world-class, luxury resort along the Destin Harbor and Gulf of Mexico, Moss worked closely with the owner, architect and specialty consultants to ensure all budget, schedule and logistical requirements were addressed prior to commencing work in the field. Special attention to safety and security was critical due to the project's close proximity to an existing operating marina. Extensive communication and coordination with the local building department was also imperative.
Project features include:
- Two 13-story structures, with 283 deeded fractional and whole ownership residences
- Five-level, 110,000 SF parking garage capable of accommodating 712 vehicles
- Three stories of recreational amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, restaurant and bar, fitness center, banquet and meeting halls
- Street-level restaurant, with 75,000 additional square feet of retail space
