The $109 million property on the Miami River in downtown Miami is a 45-story residential tower on 13.5 acres. The riverfront site had limited laydown and staging areas available due to its proximity to the Miami Metrorail, businesses and other active construction sites. Moss worked closely with the City of Miami coordinating logistics, including a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan to cycle concrete and steel trucks in a loop through the site for deliveries as well as provide additional staging and storage for subcontractors under the Metrorail.
Project features include:
- 504 luxury condominiums with private storage units
