These elegant, five-story, midrise condominiums are located in a neighborhood of prestigious homes with tree-lined streets in Coral Gables within walking distance to Miracle Mile. As such, close coordination with the City of Coral Gables and communication with surrounding residential and nearby commercial neighbors was critical to the success of the project.
Project features include:
- 32 units with 4 different layouts ranging from 1,934 SF to 2,364 SF
- Semi-private elevators opening directly to individual residence, 10' high ceilings, impact glass windows
- Open air atriums on each floor with lounge & barbeque grill
- Controlled access to a 64-space private parking garage on the bottom level
