Villa Zamora

As construction manager, and working under a negotiated contract, Moss constructed this five-story, Mediterranean-styled residential community, located in the center of Coral Gables. Moss worked closely with the owner, architect and consultants throughout the preconstruction planning phases to ensure all budget, schedule and logistical items were addressed prior to commencing work. Extensive communication and coordination with the local building department and inspectors was imperative to ensure that all code and compliance items were met. Special attention to safety and security was critical due to the project's close proximity to neighboring residences and businesses. The project represents one of four major facilities that Moss has built for the owner.
Project features include:
- 95,000 SF with 38 luxury condominiums
- Controlled access parking garage capable of accommodating 69 vehicles
- Balcony terraces with each residence
- Elegant lobby entry with dual elevators
