As construction manager, Moss worked closely with the owner and designers throughout design and construction to deliver this 286,000 SF retail facility on time and in budget. The new 286,000 SF structure, which is considered the chain’s largest store east of the Mississippi River, features an Islamorada Fish Company Restaurant, a kid’s interactive shooting arcade, indoor archery and golf ranges, movie theater, 45,000 gallon aquarium with rock scape, and a stream that flows through the center of this unique establishment.
The facility also includes museum quality wildlife displays, major retail shopping area and a Starbucks coffee shop. The challenging project represented one of 19 facilities that key Moss personnel has built for this owner throughout the United States.
