Moss provided Pre-construction services for the 49.9 MW concentrated solar power project, located in Spain. Moss reviewed and made recommendations to the project organizational structure, work sequence, permitting, design procurement, cost control, commissioning, legalization, risk management and communication. Our firm also provided input regarding the site layout, project logistics and the previous items to identify potential delays and budget exposures.
