HACEP – Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD)

As the largest project performed for the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso’s RAD (Rental Assistance Demonstration) Program to date, this project includes over 1,500 occupied affordable housing units located on 14 sites totaling 8,650,807 square feet of land, and 1,512,223 square feet of living space. The residences range from one to six bedrooms. The project also includes 1,483 parking stalls, common areas, and two pedestrian bridges linking two sites that share a common amenities building.
