Northern Trust Office

This 55,000 SF project consisted of the interior build-out of first generation space on one half of the 22nd floor, and the entire 23rd and 24th floors as well as Northern Trust’s retail banking branch on the ground floor. The office space offers high-end, contemporary finishes, with beautiful views of downtown Miami. This project is located inside the Brickell World Plaza building, in Miami’s financial district. It also achieved LEED® Platinum Certification, the highest rating available from the U.S. Green Building Council, by incorporating a comprehensive sustainability strategy throughout the construction process.
