Residential/Retail Project in Miami-Dade Secures $73M Construction Loan

The developers of Landmark South in Doral broke ground after obtained a $73.16 million construction loan.

Bank of the Ozarks granted the mortgage to EHOF Congress Doral, a joint venture between Boca Raton-based Encore Housing Opportunity Fund and Boston-based the Congress Group. It recently started construction of 631 multifamily units, 60,000 square feet of retail, a 10,000-square-foot library and a 1,000-space parking garage. The buildings will rise up to eight stories.
