Bruce, Executive Vice President/Chief Legal Officer, advances the entrepreneurial spirit of the Moss organization through finding creative ways to get to “yes” with outcomes that benefit Moss and our clients, employees, and trade contractors. With his solutions-oriented approach, Bruce leads Moss’ legal and risk management efforts, as well as corporate safety and marketing. He plays an integral role in the organization’s strategic initiatives.

Bruce earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. in accounting from the University of Maryland. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Maryland State Bar Association. He is also an Authorized House Counsel with the Florida Bar. The South Florida Business Journal named Bruce Moldow a 2020 Ultimate CFO Honoree.
