Marty Strype

As Vice President of Preconstruction in Mid-Florida, Marty is responsible for managing and coordinating all elements associated with estimating and preconstruction services for all projects. This includes conceptual and detailed estimating, documentation and scope review, value analysis, subcontractor prequalification and solicitation, comparison and cost model reporting.

With more than 35 years of construction industry experience, he is an expert in providing cost estimating management for projects with tough logistical constraints. His diverse experience includes market-rate and luxury multi-family residential, corrections, primary and higher educational facilities, and hospitality.

He is a founding member of the Moss Mid-Florida Leadership Team and has created profound subcontractor relationships through his commitment to Moss’ core value of honoring relationships.

Marty earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering University of Hawaii at Manoa.
