Paul Bessell

Paul Bessell provides high-level oversight to the construction process with involvement in all phases of the project including preconstruction, construction, and post construction. Paul also directs scheduling, estimating, logistics, and resolution of obstacles as needed.

Paul is a third-generation contractor in South Florida with over 23 years of experience in construction management. Notable project types he has worked on include education, transportation, retail, commercial, and hospitality. In the residential sector, Paul has worked on condos, mixed-use, multi-family, and market rate projects.

Paul is a board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Florida State chapter. For two years, he was a board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Florida East Coast Chapter. He also previously served on the board of the South Florida Association of General Contractors and chaired the Young Construction Professional Forum.
