To say construction is in Toby’s blood would be an understatement. His father was a general superintendent, while both of his grandfathers were in the business: one was an iron worker and the other a brick mason. Growing up he worked summers in different parts of the industry, from being a rodman in a survey crew to running blueprints for an architectural firm. His strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, have made him become an integral part of Moss.

As Vice President and Project Executive, Toby’s primary responsibility is to oversee all items related to construction operations including business development, staffing assignments, project plan development, cost and schedule analysis, as well as owner and subcontractor negotiations. A Florida Certified Contractor and LEED Accredited Professional B+CD, Toby is also involved with all project phases from preconstruction to construction and project close-out. He brings more than 20 years of experience to his role, and has project management experience in a variety of sectors including residential, hospitality and education.
