Todd Willis

As Vice President and Project Executive, Todd is involved with all project phases starting with business development, pre-construction, construction, and project close-out. The 27-year construction industry veteran has been with Moss since 2005 and was an integral part of several large projects with the Moss family, including the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Miami Marlins Ballpark, Harrah’s Casino in New Orleans, and the Conrad Hotel Fort Lauderdale.

In 2022, Todd shifted his focus to solar utilities and is currently assisting in the scaling of our solar operations. Having earned his bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Miami, Todd enjoys working with design professionals and building projects that have an impact on the community. Todd is a member of both the Construction Association of South Florida and the Associated Builders and Contractors.
