The design-build delivery method mean we take sole responsibility for planning, design, engineering and construction phases. We create a single, “at risk” total cost contract with owners, offering several advantages:

Our design-build method can significantly reduce the construction timeline—sometimes by as much as 30 percent compared to the traditional design-bid-build delivery method. We achieve this by having overlapping of the design and construction phases. In addition, we establish costs early on and create true value through constructability reviews instead of post-bid scope reductions. This allows owners to make financial and business decisions based on an early guaranteed cost, defined occupancy date, and Moss’ open-book estimating approach.
