Monaco Yacht Club & Residences

Optimum Development USA has broken ground on Monaco Yacht Club & Residences, which will have 39 residential units and a private marina, at 6800 Indian Creek Drive in Miami Beach’s MiMo District. Optimum has enlisted Piero Lissoni and Arquitectonica for its design work, and Moss Construction is the general contractor. Italian interior designer Lissoni is curating units with Italian-made fixtures and finishes and European custom wood flooring. The Residents’ Lounge will feature a library and breakfast bar for waterfront dining. The project will include one- to four-bedroom residences, ranging in size from 918 to nearly 5,000 square feet.
