Moss awarded contract to build J.W. Marriott Clearwater Beach Phase II
CLEARWATER BEACH, Fla. – Moss Construction is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract for the second phase of construction of the J.W. Marriott Clearwater Beach.
The project is expected to be completed in early 2023. Developed by Dr. Kiran Patel, the 450,000 square foot J.W. Marriott Clearwater Beach will include 162 hotel rooms and 36 furnished residential units. The amenities include an elevated 11th floor swimming pool and bar, spa, meeting rooms, ballrooms, gym, and an ocean front restaurant with private dining. The new addition on the Gulf of Mexico will have approximately 250 feet of private beach.

Marriott residences in the United States, and it has been exciting to work in Clearwater Beach and we’re grateful for the opportunity.” Located on the beach at 691 S. Gulfview Blvd., the new hotel will offer views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal from the large private balconies.
