Moss Celebrates Completion of RIVA in Fort Lauderdale
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Moss Construction celebrated the completion of the $85 million RIVA Condominiums in Fort Lauderdale.
Developed by Premier Developers, the 15-story riverfront luxury tower is be located at 1180 N. Federal Highway, along the Middle River across from George English Park. The tower features a 400-foot-long landscaped river walk, water taxi, water sports center with a private dock, 65-foot lap pool and sundeck, river view fitness center and a Borghese-themed spa.

Designed by Falkanger Snyder Martineau & Yates, the 561,458 square foot contemporary tower features 100-residences ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet with penthouses as large as 7,000 square feet.
