Moss Celebrates Topping Out of Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Wellington
FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. – On March 23, Moss Construction celebrated the topping out of the $20,000,000 Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Wellington.
Developed by Wellington FFI, the 5-story hotel will be located at 10616 Forest Hill Blvd., next to The Mall at Wellington Green, one of Palm Beach County’s premier shopping destinations.
“It has been a pleasure to work with both the Wellington FFI and Marriott teams,” said Brett Atkinson, executive vice president of Moss. “This is our second Marriott project in Palm Beach County with the same developer, and we are honored that this international brand has entrusted Moss to complete this contemporary hotel.”
Designed by LK Architecture, the 107-room 64,555 square foot hotel will feature spacious and modern guest rooms, a business center, a 24/7 fitness center and a swimming pool.
The project is scheduled to open November 2018.
