SOUTH MIAMI, Fla – Moss Construction has completed Vox Miami, a 326-bed student housing community located at 7202 S.W. 72nd Street, adjacent to the South Miami Metro Rail station.

Owned by TREO Somi Station, LLC, the $36-million dollar apartment complex, with its unique triangular design adds to Moss’s extensive residential portfolio.

“This is a significant project in South Miami where transit oriented student housing is much needed,” said Ed Baro, Senior Vice President. We feel privileged that TREO allowed us to work on such an innovative and important project in the community.”

Vox Miami is the only project of its kind in the area. Designed with college students in mind, residents will be less than a block from the Metro Rail station and within easy walking distance to a variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues in South Miami.

Designed by Perkins & Will, the 193,250 square foot Vox Miami includes 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom student apartments, modern features, study lounges, a rooftop terrace and pool, fitness center, and 641 parking spaces.

The project broke ground in December of 2019.
