101 Meridian
The building design of 101 Meridian Project (the “Project”) consists of a Type I multi-family residential apartment project of approximately 330 units, including townhouse style units on E. Whiting St., and a parking garage with approximately 366 parking spaces. The façade will be composed of stucco, metal panel, fiber cement, masonry veneer, and glass storefront. All the terraces will include glass railings.
The project allows for easy vehicular and loading access to the property – including an indoor residential drop off, residential move-in parking and quick access to upper-level parking.
