Club Lexus Lounge & Seating Area

Located in Sunrise, Florida, this high-end club and lounge overlooks the center of the arena in the BB&T Center. Its center ice layout provides preferred viewing space for guests during hockey games, concerts, and other events held at the arena. Restrooms, a bar and food services are available so the guests never have to leave the club during an event.

Moss successfully completed this project in five months on a very active site by working closely with the arena and architects by coordinating and scheduling around the venue’s events such as hockey games/playoffs, concerts, the circus, Disney on Ice, Cirque Du Soliel, monster truck shows, and more. Moss also worked in close coordination with local building and fire inspectors to ensure patron safety during construction.
