This landmark 651,442-square-foot residential project is situated on 4.6 acres along Tampa’s historic downtown waterfront. Because the project’s historic location, many of the existing structures surrounding the site required preservation. In addition, all the existing brick paved roads required removal and replacement to their prior condition.
