Lauderhill Municipal Complex

This four-story municipal office building is the first LEED Silver city hall in Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties. The complex, in the heart of the business district and next to a public park, created unique safety and logistical challenges because of limited access for staging and laydown for on-site crews.
