Pinellas County Jail

The Pinellas County Upgrade Jail Campus Infrastructure project is a Design/Build professional services agreement for Pinellas County Real Estate Management. The project includes the construction of two new buildings, the Infrastructure Building and Facility Purchasing Warehouse, along with upgrades to the existing civil underground system, chilled water system, and kitchen. Building highlights at the Infrastructure Building include a central kitchen and laundry facility, absorption chiller, cogeneration generators, elevated bridge to existing Healthcare, and a new centralized data center. Other campus additions and renovation highlights include South Kitchen renovations, C Barrack Upgrades to the security electronics system, new covered walkway at Infrastructure Building, and campus wide security upgrades.
