This 107,966 SF extended stay hotel property is located in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida. As construction manager, Moss advised the owners to lay a foundation with spread and continuous footings with vibro columns due to the poor soil conditions on site, as well as a shell for the building in tunnel form construction with masonry as the exterior wall. Other exterior features include punched windows located at the guest room units, storefronts on the first floor and a roofing system of lightweight concrete and a single-ply membrane.

Located next to City Place, a popular urban retail and restaurant development, Moss worked closely with both owners and designers during all phases of the project to ensure a modern, efficient and guest friendly hotel was delivered on time and in budget.
