Seminole Hard Rock Casino Class III Upgrade

As construction manager on a tight deadline, Moss upgraded this AAA Four Diamond resort’s gaming area to include Class III Las Vegas–style blackjack tables. To ensure minimal disruption to guests, and to keep gaming operations fully functional, Moss crews worked 24-hour days within multiple shifts, coordinating all heavy work around the casino’s peak times while renovating approximately 30,000 square feet of the casino’s 145,000-square-foot main floor.

Work entailed converting an existing sports bar located on site, known as “The Park,” into an exclusive 20,000-square-foot private poker club. In addition to coordinating the installation of seven new custom millwork trellises for the blackjack tables on the main floor, field crews upgraded and expanded back-of-house areas including the count room, cage areas, administrative offices, and vault. Lighting enhancements and installation of state-of-the-art security systems were also part of the project’s scope. The project took three months to complete.
